The Village of Enon Council is looking for Enon residents that would be willing to serve as a volunteer on the Board of Zoning Appeals or the Enon Planning Commission. 

Interested individuals must reside in the incorporated area of the Village of Enon.

The Board of Zoning Appeals typically meets one or two times a year.  This Board is a five member body responsible for hearing appeals from property owners who are requesting exceptions or variances.

 The Village of Enon has nomination forms available at the Government Center for Young Citizen of the Year (under 18) and Citizen of the Year (over 18).

Nomination forms and letters of support are due by February 14 this year.

 The Eagle has confirmed that three additional members of the Enon-Mad River Township Fire and EMS Department have tendered resignations since the trustee meeting on Monday, January 7.  A public records request has been submitted to the township leaders regarding the additional departures and the reasons given by the individuals.

 The Greenon Local Board of Education will start their regular meeting on Thursday, January 17, 2019 at 6 pm.  The meeting will be held in the Indian Valley Media Center. 

Topics for the agenda include a building update from the architect and general contractors and a branding discussion with Megan Anthony.
